1 oz Fuji apple juice
.5 oz Cinnamon bark syrup
.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
Pour Stranahan’s Blue Peak, amontillado sherry, Fuji apple juice, and Cinnamon bark syrup into a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with an apple slice.
