Not everyone is used to the idea of a single malt coming from the States, but we have been proudly making ours in Denver, Colorado for over 18 years. We use only the finest ingredients and Rocky Mountain snow melt to craft every batch.

Blue Peak is an American single malt distilled at high altitude, aged in new American oak barrels, and Solera finished, a maturation process typically used in wine, resulting in a rich and mellow whiskey.

This is the number one American single malt whiskey in the US. Born in the heart of the Rocky Mountains and hand-crafted from barley to bottle in our distillery. Our whiskey is non-chill filtered & well-built in small batches.

SHERRY CASK

AN AMERICAN APPROACH TO A EUROPEAN TRADITION

We take our four-year-old Rocky Mountain Single Malt and then transfer it to PX and Oloroso Sherry Barrels to cask finish. Procured from the Andalusia region of southern Spain, these sherry barrels have a depth of flavor soaked into the ancient oak staves.
