3 oz Blue Peak
2 oz peach nectar
1 oz honey mint simple syrup
4 dashes barrel aged Blue Peak bitters
Add all ingredients to shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain in Julep cup and fill with ice and top with crushed ice. Peach slice and mint garnish.
