Peak to Peak
The fresh fruit juices of our Peak To Peak cocktail liken it to a Colorado sunrise.
Serving Size
1.5 oz Blue Peak
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
.25 oz orange juice
5 mint sprigs
Add all ingredients to shaker and add ice. Shake hard and strain into collins glass and top with soda and a rosemary sprig.
