Featuring Heavy Diamond Ring with Travis McNamara
Experience a night where Colorado music and Colorado whiskey come together under one roof.
Introducing Copper & Chords, a new concert series at the Stranahan’s Distillery. Set beneath the iconic copper stills of Colorado’s first legal whiskey distillery since Prohibition, Copper & Chords brings together live performances from Colorado bands, award-winning American single malt whiskey, and an unforgettable atmosphere.
The series kicks off on Friday, June 26 with Colorado favorites Heavy Diamond Ring — an acclaimed Americana-folk collective known for soaring harmonies, soulful songwriting, and electrifying live performances. Fronted by longtime collaborators Sarah Anderson and Paul DeHaven, the band blends rugged folk-rock energy with rich, heartfelt storytelling that feels tailor-made for a night of whiskey beneath the stills.
Opening the evening is Travis McNamara of Trout Steak Revival, whose lush and experimental solo project blends indie-folk textures, layered instrumentation, and cinematic songwriting inspired by artists like Bon Iver and Jason Isbell.
