Stranahan’s® Sherry Cask is double-distilled from 100% malted barley, aged in virgin American white oak before being finished in rich Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. Now proudly carrying a 7-Year Age Statement, the youngest whiskey in the bottle has rested for at least seven years, bringing even deeper richness to every sip.

During this transition, you may still find bottles without an age statement on the label—these are a marriage of 5–7 year barrels, the same liquid Stranafans have long cherished. If you come across one, consider it your chance to savor one of the last of its kind.

The result is a whiskey bursting with aromas of dried fruits—raisins, figs, and dates—layered with honey, jam, and candied fruit. On the palate, discover notes of chocolate, coffee, and rich sherry sweetness. Best enjoyed neat, with a splash of water, or in a thoughtfully crafted cocktail.

NOSE: Raisins, figs, dates, honey, grape syrup, jam and candied fruit.

PALATE: Honey, Montmorency cherries, blackcurrant, and fig, with a nutty brine and walnut characteristics.

FINISH: Buttery caramel, whipped creme, brown sugar and smoked cayenne.
